Our first taste of this Cabernet was last month at our Ascension Cellars wine dinner here at Uncorked. Our guests were treated to a special tasting of this wine in addition to five other wines from Ascension and got to hear directly from the winemaker, Erick Allen, about the vineyards and wine making process. We are looking forward to drinking Ainos again tonight. It would go great with Chef Sam’s pork chop.
