Father's Day  Brunch

Show the dad in your life just how much you care by bringing him to Uncorked On State for Father's Day Brunch.


We will be serving our regular menu, but with a couple of fun additions.  Chef Sam will prepare a special Chilaquiles with Pulled Pork and Pulled Pork Benedict just for Father's Day.


Father's will also receive a complimentary glass of Cava or Prosecco (one per person) with their purchased entree, and all bottles of sparkling wine will be 30% off including bottles of Champagne (limits apply, ask your server for details)

Behind the Bar



Join Jen Carter, Suzanne and Jake Doll for Behind The Bar when we will be sharing four wines (reds & whites) from Lumen Wines.


Lumen Wines employs strict regenerative organic practices to produce amazing fruit from healthy soil. Low-intervention wine-making starts with fruit that is picked at optimum ripeness so that sugar and acidity are in balance.


The free tastings are for our dining guests. Guests not wishing to purchase an entree can purchase a flight of the featured wines. The featured wines will be discounted 20% for drinking in-house and 30% for takeaway.

What better way is there to start summer than with a BBQ!!! Join Uncorked On State for Uncorked Nights BBQ!


Enjoy barbecued pork ribs and chicken, corn bread, grilled corn, mac n' cheese, garden fresh salad and fresh fruit.


Select from eight different bottles of wine, priced $40 or less, each pairing perfectly with your meal.
