Domaine Du Chene was founded by Marc and Dominique in 1985. Their adult children Anaïs and Julien joined them on the wine domaine in July 2012. The domaine covers 69 acres. The vines are planted in granite soil and stretch from the hillside to the plateau and have an average age of 40 years. 100% Marsanne. The “Laura” was fermented in neutral vats, which keeps the fruit flavors pure without the influence of oak. The wine is medium in body and acidity. 

We enjoy this fruity and delicious wines with our Grilled Peach Salad with either shrimp or chicken added. The peach flavors of the salad amplify the white peach, apricot and quince flavors of the wine.
